If you use the beach chairs from the condo please be sure to wash the sand off the chairs with the hose provided under the building and return the chairs to the condo. Operating the blinds in the closed position will result in damage to the blinds. The blinds MUST be in the open position to open or close. You are responsible for the vertical blinds. Please try and wash all towels for the condo during your vacation so our cleaning people will not have multiple loads of laundry at the conclusion of your vacation. You will be without air conditioning for approximately 48 hours while the system thaws out.
